Ron Neal has never been one to shy away from a challenge. In fact, he thrives on them! Whether it be tackling a mogul run, exploring underwater life or camping in the wilderness, he loves to conquer the obstacles that come his way.

However, the challenge that Ron enjoys most is that of fatherhood. Raising his two sons, Cameron and Justin, in his hometown of Victoria has made his life complete. He couldn't imagine a better place for families and particularly enjoys coaching and playing hockey.

Every businessperson faces the challenge of finding balance. Soon after beginning as a Realtor in 1991, I found that some form of teamwork would be essential - even if it was simply someone to pass the calls to for an occasional break, without compromising service.

Within weeks of starting, my brother Ken and I formed a partnership. We quickly became known as "The Neal Brothers at Brown Brothers". We shared a mutual goal: attaining business success while leading balanced lives. We pooled our resources and agreed to cover for one another for days off an vacations. Little did we know that in our effort to live and work with balance a synergy would be created that would lead us to success at an unprecedented rate. Within six months we hired our first assistant to help with the mounds of paperwork so we could continue to focus on working with you! In our first full year we successfully assisted eighty-five families - more than most Realtors achieve in their entire careers!

When Ken moved to Duncan in 1992 to be closer to his wife's family, he left me with our thriving business; I needed help immediately. After over a year of having various salespeople take my pager for the odd day off and short vacation, it became quite clear that those covering didn't have an acceptable level of commitment, accountability and care to you, my clients.

Since that time I have attracted some of the most talented salespeople to work together on a "partnership basis." Unlike a causal fill in person, every team member shares my commitment to deliver the best possible service, follow through on every promise and get you results. Every year since 1994 we have consistently sold more homes than any other Realtor in Victoria, and most of our business continues to come from repeat customers and their referrals.

Our team approach allows us each to focus on our strengths. Mine are organization, planning, systems, marketing and sales. The salespeople working with me are some of the most skilled and caring in the business. Like myself, they are each excellent listeners and negotiators. Most importantly, like myself, they will always put your best interests first without question.

In 2005 we implemented an exciting new apprentice program for new Realtors which has been very successful with three new Realtors hired so far. We also launched our project marketing division and through it are today offering more than $20 Million in property for sale.
